Two-Soul

Causes

When a sentient mortal soul is formed in an overlap between realms inhabited by other new souls, they have a chance of merging together and creating a two-souled being.

Symptoms

Two-souls are more in touch with the Spirit Realm, and are more likely to succeed in learning and performing powerful magic, especially that of Soul-matter.

Cultural Reception

Two-souls are seen as the way mortal beings are supposed to be formed, and are therefore well-respected. Many two-souls go on to become teachers and other instructors.
