Diamond Water

Diamond water is a rare liquid found across the Fractured Skies. It appears as liquid diamonds which glimmers rainbow colours when exposed to sunlight.
Diamond water adheres to fabric and metal, increasing the physical hardiness of whatever is dipped into it without sacrificing the flexibility or weight. For this reason, it is sought after to improve the defensive capabilities of armour and the durability of weapons. Objects improved in this way also radiate a faint aura of abjuration magic. Diamond water does not adhere to glass, making it easily containable and transportable.
The origin of this rare substance is unknown, but it appears in small pools on remote islands. Heavily sought after, a single vial can fetch prices ranging from 500-1000 Rarity 1 Slivers.

Any armour coated in diamond water gains a permanent +2 bonus to AC and is considered magical. Likewise, weapons coated in diamond water gain a +1 to hit and damage rolls, and are considered magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances.
