Rasiz

A small green goblin.
Red eyes with thin snake like pupils peer out into the world plotting more than his sharp toothy grin lets off.
Large ears and thin cheeks distinguish him from normal goblins.
He carries a stone sword on his back with many runes carved into it. He can be seen frequently carving in new runes and meditating on things long forgotten.
