Melusine

The woman known as Melusine was “born” several thousand years ago in a vat on the lost continent of Lemuria, a failed attempt to hybridize human and Lemurian DNA. Melusine is a misshapen, draconic woman with a natural affinity for magic. Unstable, she was required to spend lengthy periods of hibernation in a special bio-crypt. After sporadic periods of activity in Arthurian times and the Middle Ages, Melusine awoke in the 1980s to become one of the main menaces in mainland France, seeking to create her personal queendom.
