Mollech

The creature The Terra-King calls Mollech may have originally been designed as a living earth-mover and excavator by its creators. It is the Terra-King’s “go-to” monster minion in Sub-Terra and when he is seen on the surface.
Resembling a giant, armored badger or armadillo, Mollech is covered in overlapping silicate scales, giving it a rocky, armored exterior, and it has long carbon-composite claws on his four limbs, enabling Mollech to tunnel swiftly through even bedrock. This allows the creature to tunnel up beneath targets chosen by the Terra-King, either leaving a tunnel for Sub-Terran minions to follow, or filling-in the passage behind it to discourage pursuit.
