The Mediterranean

The cradle of Western Civilization, the lands surrounding the waters of the Mediterranean Sea have shifted from the center of the known world to a part of a much larger one. Many are places of upheaval and sometimes violent change, as well as home to ancient conflicts that still play out in the shadows and secret places, away from the unknowing eyes of most of their people.
