Tomoko sat in her wheelchair with her eyes glaring at a newly failed gadget in her hand. Gently using a small screwdriver to tweak little bits and pieces of her device. Her wavy brown hair was pulled back into a loose bun to keep it out of the way. Her wire frame glasses sliding down her pointed nose as she looked down at the liquid. Her expression was determined and focused. Though her sunken, golden, eyes and shallow cheeks made her seem almost crazed. Very clear bags sat underneath the bloodshot orbs that rested in her skull. One could tell just from looking at Tomoko that she hadn't been taking care of herself for the past little bit. Her thin and frail body mostly skin and bone. Her legs sat awkwardly in the chair. What little flesh was visible, was covered in scars. The mangled limbs very obviously useless. One would expect for such awkward positions to hurt. But Atagi didn’t seem to notice them. Still focused on her work.

Tomoko Rika Suka is the daughter of Nagao Suka, A high ranking GSF military general that has, on multiple occasions, helped in dire matters and tough decisions. Having a favorable relationship with the current party of bureaucrats. The Suka family is highly respected and well feared due to due to their stories of glory. The head of the family being Nagao Suka obviously. The other parts of the Suka family consist of Usami Suka, spouse to Nagao. Usami being well known in her own regards as a ruthless entrepreneur in home security products invented by her eldest son, Nikaidou Suka. On the topic of Nikaidou, he is also rather talented in mechanics and inventing. Working with their mother to make machinations of modern home defense under the company name, Suka Inc.. Finally there is Akiyama Suka, twin brother to Tomoko. Akiyama is on track to being a high ranking general Federation military like their father. Tomoko was born on Yorfna like all of her siblings. Most The Suka family currently resides in a large palace like penthouse building in one of the big cities of Yorfna. Nicknamed, "The Warlord's Mansion".
Ever since she was born, Tomoko had never been able to walk. When she was born, the muscles in her legs were unable to receive chemical signals. But she was able to feel pain and get feeling from her lower extremities. This disability caused most of her family shunned and belittled her for. Saying that she was a burden on the family and she would always be nothing in their eyes. Her twin was her only friend and ally in their younger years. Tomoko and Akiyama were practically inseparable. Akiyama being the one who pushed her around in her wheelchair.
But other than her twin, Tomoko grew up isolated from her family. The only interaction from any people was by the house staff, Akiyama, and his friends. Though one of Akiyama's friends stuck out among the others. Dhall, an orc boy of their age that was in training with Akiyama. Dhall was extremely close to Akiyama and was fairly kind to Tomoko too. The three of them spending a lot of time together and getting in to shenanigans.
But when Akiyama was gone and nobody was there to entertain Tomoko, she would end up wandering off to watch her older brother tinker and create. Picking up on a lot of software development, inventing, ship maintenance, and a whole slew of skills. With her restricted mobility, she excelled and devoted a lot of her time to working on honing her craft. Soon she outgrew her older brother and begun to make a name for herself on the internet designing fancy websites and causing mischief in equal regards.

But when Tomoko turned 16, her family disowned her and sent her out onto the streets. Telling her to never come back unless she did something with her life. Angry and spiteful, Tomoko left to prove her family wrong.
