Quick note before reading and for the challenge

First of all, thank you for reading. It was a silly idea I had, but I couldn't stop thinking about it. So here we are. :) If you find mistakes in the articles, I would be happy if you could point them out, since I am not a native speaker.
Note for the challenge: I wasn't sure how much of the conflict we were actually supposed to describe, so I left it pretty vague. In the following, you can find more details as to why the discovery of the pixies was world changing.

The Krishzis are not very advanced, due the lack of any resources they can find. However, when old artifacts come to life, their world is thrown into chaos. Can they find the pixies again, that flew of into the frozen desert? Do they really have magical abilities? Can they really grant wishes? And is this really a heatwave that started with the awakening of the pixies, or do they really form the environment with their magic? (The last one is pretty specific, and I've not actually intended for the pixies to have those abilities, but rather somebody wished for the ice to be gone and a race begins to stop the ice from melting. But that's the story that I made up myself and I guess that's too much. If you want to use the world, you can make use (or not) of every ability mentioned, it's intentionally left vague.)

And, if you have as much fun as me with coming up with names, I'd love to hear the names you come up with. Just remember, they need to be short and should describe a sound. I loved trying to say what a fire sounds like and then trying to spell it out.
But from this newfound experience, I can now tell you to make sure that nobody hears you. :p
