Travels to The Scarlet Temple every few months to deliver supplies. Robert is an Duergar that is a mercant and a fisherman. He is widely traveled and can answer many questions for the party about the region.
Robert will inform the party that there has been a few of his shipments with magic items have gone missing. He fears that the Cult of Howling Hatred is using them at this very moment for some dark purpose. Robert will give the party the description of where his ship and crew were last seen, but he will tell them they have been missing for several months now.
