S2 - Upheaval Among the Dogs of War

There has been a recent chaos among the Dog's of War. There reports that there has been a change in leadership among the 'Those Who Are Dead.' The warband now being lead by a very strong man know as 'Grarandlot' which means 'Grey Wraith'. He is also sometimes referred to as the 'One Eyed Ghost'.
After Grarandlot's rise 'Those Who Are Dead' have become far more aggressive, and they are greatly feared by their enemies. The warband was last seen traveling south.
