Bloodwater Period

The Bloodwater Period, as its name denotes, was a particularly fraught period of Icalaran history regarded by historians as covering circa 600AC to 778AC. Although civil war and feuds had of course existed prior, this period marked the first large-scale wars. It is considered to have ended with the assassination of the tyrant Seguryge -- although not the only warlord of the period, he was considered the last living of any prominence.
