Hetul'bii (Heh'TOOHL-bee-ee)
Hetul'bii is a Luk'Eishar term loosely translated as 'waking oil'; it is used near-exclusively by Shepherds of Leaving to agitate a carried soul prior to their release in a Basin as part of the Rites of Leaving.
It is red in color and chypre-scented; the assistant to the carrying Shepherd anoints them by painting a line down the middle of their face, from forehead to chin.
