Tarbad Dom

A middle-aged human male, Tarbad is normally rather even-keeled and stuffy. Events of the past year have run the Commander of Korel's Constabulary ragged however, and it is beginning to show. He is a staunch supporter of the Governor, his elder cousin however, and not especially ambitious.
