The Windbreak

The second to last of the main items which Karaj Raksi acquired during the course of his career, this cloak appeared to be a cloak of shadows, or obfuscation.  Instead however, it protected its wearer, so long as it was sustained with the blood of willing volunteers.  Before a battle, select volunteers would donate a portion of their own blood to awaken the cloak.  Empowered by this energy, the cloak came to life, softening otherwise deadly blows and preserving the life of its wearer.  This energy could be depleted by repeated damage however, leaving the Founder temporarily vulnerable amidst the battle, until he was able to adjust to its lack once again.
It is said that this item too was won on the field of battle, but I haven't figured out who or what it was won from yet.  That'll get figured out eventually.
