This is the rough period during which Karaj Raksi made his conquests and solidified The Divershplain.  He was the first mortal to successfully create a stable realm of any significance in the Funhouse, and he did so by proving (at the point of a sword) that, when well led, mortals could hang with any of the other big bads stumbling about the still-forming plane of reality.
