Mandor Kryze

A force sensitive member of the Kryze clan, they only achieved knighthood after many difficult years at the end of the Clone Wars. Shortly after their ceremony, Jedi Knight Kryze disappeared from the Order. 
It was only recently discovered what their fate had been. They had been approached by Pisces directly, recruited easily into the Cult of Balance. Kryze claimed it was the call to battle that drew him in more than the mission of the Cult, which he did not elaborate on. Mandor Kryze joined the strike force in the assault on the Lothal Temple, captured by the Jedi stationed there. Kryze, unfortunately, was found dead in their holding cell by Temple Guards. The cause of death was self-inflicted.
