Roaming Banker
Pors Tonith was once a proud admiral in the Confederacy of Independent System's Navy. After it became clear the Republic was going to win the war, Tonith quickly embezzled millions from what was left in the Banking Clan's coffers. Tonith then began using their fleet as a mobile, militarized bank for private loans; the fleet was dubbed the Ghost Bank. The loans provided by Tonith are given to members of the criminal underworld. The amount of loans that get repaid in full is quite exceptional, and those who fail to pay up find themselves on the other end of a turbolaser barrage.
