It was here that the Crusader-Proselyte War had begun

A planet caught in the middle of a war, Addes was once a simple planet aligned with the Interstellar Federation. It was hardly touched during any previous conflicts and was known as a farming and mining planet, providing its resources to the galaxy around it.
After the fall of the Federation, Addes was mostly left in the dark about the activities of the newly formed Galactic Crusaders, despite the sudden increase of mining from their facilities. Feeling betrayed by this, some officials considered succession. Before a decision could be formed, Addes faced invasion by the Proselyte forces. With little military power, the Crusaders could do little as their sworn enemy pushed through and made a home out of the destruction they brought with them.
Once the Crusaders could fight back, they stormed Addes with their new technology, giving the Proselytes a run for their money. After 200 years of Proselyte occupation, the citizens of Addes have either sided with their invaders, or have took up arms and attempt to take back their home.

Geography

Addes is covered in tall, sharp mountains that divide the planet into distinct regions with only one portion of the planet being relatively flat. Waterfalls are abundant in the more mountainous regions due to this phenomenon while great lakes exist elsewhere.
Addes was primarily known for farming and mining, with its regions quite suitable for both.
Since the start of the Crusader-Proselyte War, Addes has become infamous as a testing ground for both faction's newest weaponry.

Fauna & Flora

Thick skinned runtags explore the coasts of Addes, cautious of anyone coming too close.
Bombar trees as well as their seeds are native to Addes, whose surface makes their growth especially lucrative.

Natural Resources

Trixilium, one of the galaxy's rarest minerals is found on Addes, constantly competed for by private businesses.
Massive deposits of titanium also exist under the planet's surface, making it a highly sought after location.
