Mudtown's Mayor
The Mayor is someone who lives a rich life even in Mudtown. No one knows where the money comes from but most suspect it's from bribes and criminals (True).
The Mayor is an evil person who works with the criminals of Mudtown to get more money, (He keeps his money under his bed and it is a total of 5,000g) Players can bribe him to make him put all the criminals in prison, or they can slowly kill the criminals working with him to cut off his ties and then take him down. Criminals he's working with -Randel The Thieving Rat -Gern The Bandit Leader -Hal The Inconspicuos ((AKA Hal Landgrave the Generol store owner) controls a goblin group)
The Mayor also has a connection to a higher Noble called Count Talbos (The mayor does not know anything about Talbos but will send the players to the nearby town of Farrivver if they question him. If the players Kill him they find Letters From Count Talbos to mayor of Mudwater to head to the city of Farrivver and meet with his other minion if anything in the plan goes wrong. the letters do not disclose what the plan is or who the other minion is
