Catfish

Catfish, much like their Taranel counterpart, are a species of fish which can be found throughout the Spirit World. Unlike those found in Taranel, the catfish found in the Spirit World all seem to have both fish and feline characteristics rather than just being a funny-lookin, though delicious, fish. They can be found in either salt or fresh water environments.

Tabby Catfish - A fish with the iconic mouth, fins, whiskers of a catfish. The skin is not slimy though and instead has a fur-like texture to it with a tabby pattern. It also has a pair of ears, a tail, and its eyes have narrow slits like a cat's. Size is about the length of one of Frode's legs per fish and weighed about 40 pounds. He managed to find a total of three while fishing in Lake Carranashtuss between Nurend 19th and Nurend 30th, 308.
