Daulok 03, 258: The Dead Village of Tullenur
It amazes me how much of The Gates is wilderness. Vacant. Though I suppose each blade of grass could house a spirit... I've yet to try talking to them. Animals, floating lines, plants...these are my only companions for some time. Perhaps I am walking in circles? Did I even leave the Fruit Hags?
I have, at long last, found..."civilization". A Small town with a graveyard that is easily twice the size of the village itself. It's all built around tree stumps...I hope none of them sing at me. The citizens are all so very quiet.
Here the Writer provides a small doodle of the citizens of this town with the note: "They are small, robed figures. Only their faces can be seen, and I have yet to hear a word from any of them."
They have let me stay in their town, but without a proper greeting I almost feel like an intruder. I shall explore and do more with my time here. At the bottom of the page is a doodle of the village showing some architecutre, graves, tree stumps.
