Daulok 14, 258: The Dying Gate

Exploring this place I was soon able to discover that these creatures communicate through a mental link of some kind. One stopped me in my frustration, held my hand, and explained that they are all "Caretakers."
They mentioned "The Circle" and how they guide spirits that are "ready".
They showed me to The Gate. They called it "The Dying Gate" and it looked like a very nice and flowy curtain draped over a black rod and affixed between two obsidian structures. At the top of these structures were rings of Light.
