Leafy Vegetables

Leafy Vegetables are essential for any balanced diet, and The Gates have a plethora of different options to choose from when looking for the perfect levels of bitter, sweet, umami, salty, sour or even the secret sixth flavor: Aroltashnorastolastoli, which most spirits would often insist is the "flavor people keep confusing for chicken".
Sweet Kale - Discovered by DAN Wildcloak on Nurend 06, 308 while out surveying with Agave, this form of kale has an incredibly similar appearance to its bitter material plane cousin, however, the flavor found within its delicious green folds is a delightfully sweet sensation. It can be tossed into any salad to break up the other bitter flavors, and it appears to have similar nutritional effects on those that ingest it despite the far more attractive flavor.

Red Spinach - Discovered by DAN on Nurend 08, 308 while out surveying with Agave, aside from its uncharacteristic red color, this spinach seems to be identical to the material plane green spinach in every way. There seems to be a pattern here... Maybe there's a connection between the red spinach and green onions (but they're red).
Cabbage - It's cabbage... not much else to say. That being said, much like the famously mundane onions, it is nice to have something familiar in an incredibly alien land. It was found by DAN on Nurend 06, 308.
