Z'emuzk'ral's Court

Z'emuzk'ral is the King-and-Queen of Harandil. The title is a purely singular, bigender title of royalty utilized by Him-and-Her for millenea.
Beneath the King-and-Queen there are ten noble titles which make up Her-and-His court. The elves on this court lose their name upon being "admitted" and renounce any ties to previous familes or organizations becoming the title itself in entirety.
When considering a new member of his-and-her council, the King-and-Queen consider many aspects: age, wealth, height, weight, intelligence, athletic capabilities, and, of course, character. Family is not factored in when considering new court members, some members just buy their way in.
His-and-Her court is arranged in the following way:

Pominkla (Treasurer): Responsible for funding, taxes, and ensuring capital is moving accordingly much like any other treasurer. Provides a voice of finances to the Queen-and-King's ears.

Midviela (Ritualist): Responsible for ensuring proper ceremonies are followed, that if a ritual needs to take place it does, leads morning and evening prayers for the Grand Congregation, and has knowledge of the rituals involved for all manner of religion or society in general. Provides a voice of conformity, rigid traditions, much like a Heirophant.

• "This is happening because you didn't follow tradition, Vojenca."

Mahjhovni (Librarian): Responsible for knowledge, primarily the massive libraries both inside and outside of the central palace. The librarian doesn't just guard and make sure their books come back, they make it their express mission to ensure minimal knowledge about the ancient elven culture and history spreads beyond the shores. While some cultural information can and should spread through the world, they are primarily worried about darker secrets. They provide a voice of knowledge to the King-and-Queen, one based around historical events. Most of their sentences are laced with precedents.

Vojenca (Admiral): Responsible for matters involving war, militaries, and conflicts in general. An expert tactician and fully capable of manipulation despite preferring more direct routes sometimes. Provides a voice of brute force to the Queen-and-King's ear and is usually quick to judge situations as ones that should be settled with combat.

• "We should not trust them, we should attack while we have the chance, or prepare our defenses."

• "That's a perfectly reasonable approach, Mierat, though I still think that we should prepare an attack."
