Seaton

Seaton is the capital of the Viscounty of Salinmoor. Although it is the capital Seaton isn't that large, with a population of only about 5000 permanent residents. The population was nearly double that a decade past, but the troubles of the last few years has caused many to move away from the city, and even the Viscounty. Only time will tell if the current period of relative stability will cause Seaton's population to rise once more.

Government

Seaton is the capital of the Viscounty, and as such is run by the Viscount himself. A provincial governor-esque position, the Viscount reports directly to King Skotti, and as a result is often not in town. In his stead a Count-Regent is appointed, from a lesser noble family.
