Splitrock

A small village, population 600.
Splitrock is a tucked away village that was originally founded by pirates searching for a legendary captain's treasure. So great was this legend that many of them spent their entire lives searching for it, eventually building homes here in the meantime. This treasure was never found, and it is still a popular source of discourse in town, with travellers having heard the legend visiting to this day.
