• Once, Orc warlords joined together into the Iron Alliance, and forged a large empire full of advanced cities. Around 200 years ago they got too expansionist and were thrown down by an alliance of other nations

• Numbers were greatly reduced, since then they've been struggling to build back up

• Many are scattered with little access to their culture

• Others in isolationist communities

• Seen as violent, primitive, not very bright, and quick to anger

• Actually just very emotional overall and just as likely to be smart and moral as anyone

• Have trouble finding work in human dominated communities

• Often fall into crime as a result
