Souras owns one of the smaller locksmiths stores in the Tyrian Angora. He sells various run of the mill products, but secretly sells locksmith tools and apprenticeships to use those tools to aspiring "smiths".
Has an arrangement with Bubs that his license will be provided for "services" from time to time.

Gruff no nonsense locksmith. Wants to make money and is willing to bend the law as required.
