Personal history

Formerly the strongest Peak Man, Gourshe was leader of the Peak Men hunters for nearly a decade. One day on a hunt he was ambushed by a large group of yetis. Slaying many of them, he was eventually caught in a net and beaten severely. Had another hunter by the name of Thyr not heard and come to his rescue, he surely would have been killed. Since then, Gourshe's and Thyr's families have shared a blood bond, a ceremonial bond that is as strong as family.
Despite healing well, his leg bones were reduced to splinters in the attack. The clans best healing magic was able to form them back into bones, but it was impossible to fully repair them. He has since walked with a hitch in his step, leaving him unfit to hunt.
