Filling in the vacant teleportation wizard position in Silvium, Morkath provides an important service to the city. He makes sure people know it, as he always complains about how inconvenient having to teleport people is. He is constantly reading books and scribing on scrolls, only leaving his desk to teleport individuals and return home. No one knows what he's working on, as any inquiries are met by a withering scowl.
