Dwarves officially join Civil Trade Union

After years of trade and friendship, the Dwarves of the Ice Spine are officially absorbed into the Civil Trade Union.

Deciding that joining the Civil Trade Union is in their civilizations best interest, the newly appointed High King Durin Hammerlord negotiates the terms of their joining. Complete citizenship is given to all Dwarves and the ruling class maintains cultural power, while the Union holds authority over major political decisions and is allowed to expand into the southern territory of the Dwarves.
