'The Cutters'

'The Cutters' are a thieves' guild operating in Northwestern Faerûn, with their operations focused along the Sword Coast.
In recent years they have become one of the most prominent criminal guilds operating in Waterdeep.

Organisation structure

Little is known of the group's inner workings but it is known that the group only serves beneath one guild master at a time, referred to as the 'First Blade', beneath this master are the 'Blades' each one the leader of a cell of the organisation and responsible to the 'First Blade', beneath the 'Blades' are an unknown number of members responsible to their cell leader known as 'Daggers'. Beyond this little is known of how merit or rank is measured on a local scale for each cell, however.
