Cloakmaster - Shadow Thieves

Cloakmasters were members of the Shadow Thieves' crime consortium operating beneath the rule of a Shade.

Responsibilities

As of 1370 DR, the Shades were each aided by at least two Cloakmasters, whose domain consisted of a region or part of a city whose population did not exceed 10,000 individuals. While typically one Cloakmaster would oversee a rural area and another would administer a large city, larger metropolises were often be divvied up among several of these lieutenants. These officers only reported to their respective Shade and had no knowledge as to the identity of their peers, even if they worked within the same city.
