Dread, Wrath, and Beyond

'Dread, Wrath, and Beyond' is a shop predominantly offering alchemy-related supplies or products situated on the outer edge of the Protector's Enclave district of Neverwinter along the waterfront between the Dolphin Bridge and Winged Wyvern.

Ownership

The shop is owned by a pair of retired adventurers; Xandra Belnak-Longwater, an aging Gold Dragonborn warrior, smith, and glassworker, and Arton Longwater, an aging Human spellcaster and alchemist.

Description

Dread, Wrath, and Beyond's interior is fairly simply furnished, with much of the interior space dedicated to shelving racks and tubs of different alchemical ingredients and a few tables of alchemical apparatus on show, there are a number of small coloured glass decorations hanging from the shop floor's ceiling. The building's exterior is typical of the district, its only distinguishing feature being the large bay window on the exterior which showcases a range of alchemical apparatus and a sign advertising the establishment's services including curatives, potions, poisons, alchemical formulae and apparatus, as well as glasswares and assorted metalwork. During much of the day pillars of smoke can be seen billowing from one the building's chimneys.   The front and back of house is separated by a curtain of beads by the shop's counter; on the other side is a small corridor and two rooms, one hosting a storeroom and a well-supplied alchemy station, and the other a small smithy and glassworking station where Xandra plys her craft. A small hatch leading down to the building's basement rests in an alcove at one end of the corridor.   The establishment's basement is separated into sections by wooden partitions and accessed by a door near the ladder used to descend.
