The Spyglass Tavern
The Spyglass is a rough tavern situated in Neverwinter city's relatively impoverished docks district. Frequented by many seafaring types the venue is also a common stomping ground for persons that make a living 'on the streets' and perhaps due to its patronage the tavern hosts a fighting ring in its basement, the owner makes a point of telling new customers if they're looking for a fight to keep it in the ring not on the tavern floor.
The tavern is dingy and dark, with what little light comes through its darkened windows rendered near unnoticable by the candlelight within, the tavern is owned by a Human man named Burro, he is of a burly build, ginger haired, and wears a dirty blue waistcoat over a white shirt and breeches, the look completed with a tattered hat to compliment his sour expression.
Until Ches 18 of 1496 DR the tavern's denizens included Mjoll, a female Half-Ogre and the establishment's bouncer, she was also the reigning champion of the Spyglass' fighting ring until her close defeat by Nostag Gumeel. She is heavily muscled, of a yellowish-beige complexion, and has hair of raven black.
