He lives locally to The Silver Dragon Inn and has built a reputation and not necessarily a good one. He is a part-time forger for the Thieves' Guild and addicted to Quicksilver Berries (Sold by Devila).
It is thought that he has taken up rooms at The Black Cat on the Isle of Shadows.
He once came from a wealthy family but has squandered his inheritance on a dissolute lifestyle.
