Cal Voland

A recluse known to have a secret camp tucked away on the outskirts of the city. Voland hires just about anyone that can follow simple directions to do various tasks in the field that so that he can focus on his research. He doesn't pay particularly well, and the jobs are always dangerous, drawing in a desperate demographic of scavengers and muscle willing to do any dirty job so they can remain autonomous from the larger settlements. This often means criminals and deserters, but Voland won't ask questions so long as nobody starts getting curious where all the caps come from..
