Corvega City mutants
Although there are few two that look alike, these mutated humans are typically molded by their harsh environments. They use their size advantage to physically haul their prisoners off in most cases, but are plenty intelligent enough to use weapons of all kinds. They are almost never found alone, traveling in large nomadic hunting parties when they do leave Corvega City.
Food is scarce, and so there is little these savages will not eat. Much like locusts, they strip away the resources of any area they visit, leaving dead husks of ruins in their wake. One former slave even claims there are entire warehouses of pre-war treasures, stacked so high with similar objects that one has to crawl around inside to navigate them.
Those they encounter when they have a full enough stomach become fuel for their slave empire. Even though it is abhorred by the rest of the wasteland, it continues not only because of the evil and indifferent. Desperate families are often forced to pay ransoms in order to save their loved ones from a life of imprisonment and torture, unfortunately fueling the cycle of pain for generations to come.

As Characters
Very similar to standard super mutants that took in too much radiation before their transformation, they begin with the same statistics and starting gear listed on page 53 and 78 of the core rulebook with the following exceptions. They can wear human sized clothing and armor but can never use power armor. Their Strength and Endurance traits begin with a + 1 bonus to each and can be raised to a maximum of 11. They may increase their Repair and Pilot skills to 6 through leveling without the standard penalty to skill maximums. When tagging the Pilot skill they begin with their own medium sized vehicle that requires 2 Fuel each day to operate, the space for two structures, 2 Physical/Energy DR, and 35 HP, as well as 6 + 6cd of Fuel to start with.
