Mortify

FEV exposure has temporary damaged your cells and halted their ability to regenerate. You do not regain HP from resting, eating, or Medicine checks, and only regain half the normal HP from Stimpacks. This effect lasts for a number of days equal to eleven minus your Endurance attribute. While suffering from this condition you gain +2 DR to Radiation Damage.
