Teddy 'Ted' Deliton
When his father ran a debt up with the Omertas he was quickly killed and Ted was selected to pay back the debt in his father's stead. Ted decided that wasn't possible and skipped town. He ran into a sandstorm, where snuggled in a shattered house for shelter. There ted found something that could only be akin to a miracle. A single 4 leaf clover. That was the day Ted's luck turned around, and he was able to find a new future in the wastes. A fortunate fate for an unfortunate guy.
