Unity
Brought from California by the Master's Bastards, it continues to live on in the Great Dust Bowl where few have become wise to its true motives. Appearing to most as humble missionaries looking to offer free medical aid in exchange for listening to their cult propaganda, they are welcomed openly by many communities that lack a proper physician. Without access to FEV, the Bastards have different motives for attracting followers, but they aren't any more altruistic than the Master.
Undesirables without families are often sent on pilgrimages to the Verdant Abyss, tricking them into delivering themselves to the secret haven. They are then eaten or experimented on, although some are kept simply as slaves to perform tasks the Greenskins can't be bothered with. Anyone well-spoken or skilled in a trade are often indoctrinated into their false humanitarian ideals and inducted into the ranks of the missionaries. Kept in the dark, there are many they fervently believe that Unity is indeed the best course for the future. They preach from their hearts, having no idea how many wastelanders they send to early graves with their words of peace.
They allow humans and ghouls to join openly, although just about anyone sentient can join. Mutants are also invited to perform the same pilgrimage as the human fodder, however for them the journey has a distinctly different end. Those that enter the Verdant Abyss rarely ever leave, and so little is known about the conditions inside. It is said to be a utopia for anyone touched by radiation and cast out by the larger societies. Those that have chosen to leave often go to collect their friends, telling tales of abundant resources and amenities deep underground. A true oasis hosting its own fauna and flora, expanding into unknown depths that are just waiting to be fully explored.
