The Great Lakes Wastelands

War. War never changes. It has been two hundred years since The Great War. Since then, mankind has been brought down to its knees. However, the Great Lakes Wastelands has begun to rebuild. Settlements and cities have begun to rise, and there are talks of the creation of a proper government. Leaders of three large factions will meet at summer's end to discuss what is to become of Great Lakes.
