Sun Tshuma

The first ruler of the House of Sun who brought together the lords of Akanowa by force and established the Shogunate, as well as the ways of the samurai. Sun was a female snow-leopard and it was the fact of her gender which led to Akanowa's equal succession laws which favour neither males or females. 
The most important event associated with Sun is her rout of the lords who opposed her. She drove them into the southern coast of Akanowa, supposedly turning the very sea red with their blood. To this day it is called the Shogun Sea and it is still gleams red in the sun.
