The Great Unity

Before you delve into The Great Unity, ask yourself... what is the hardest thing to describe? Is it death? Is it the soul? Perhaps it is simply the concept of existence? No matter what your answer is, there is an argument to be made for each example that in order to understand it... it must be put in a context. You can't describe death without life, you can't describe life without existence and you can't describe existence without some place for existence to exist within in the first place. Where am I going with this? you might ask, and the answer to that question is this; I am trying to explain exactly how ridiculous it is to ask an author of a universe, the creator of life, death and the concept of existence in a world not quite like our own, to explain it in a single page.   The Great Unity is the name of more than just one world, instead it is the name of the area around the worlds or realms of this universe. Whether it is the realms of the gods, filled with powers, structures and beings beyond comprehension or it is the realm of mortals, where empires rise and fall like sand in the wind or the waves of the seas, every place has a past, present and future. What is known in this universe is never something to be completely sure of, for even the fabric of reality can be altered for as anyone who knows the inner workings of The Great Unity will tell you... "What may be right, just and historically accurate today, can turn into ridiculous fiction and stories tomorrow, or be forgotten completely in the night."
