Cendrail the Stargazer is
a half-elf who has dedicated his life to the
study of astromancy - the observation of the
heavens, and the portents that can be teased
from subtle influence of the Astral plane upon
the winds, clouds, flights of birds, and other
potential omens.
The old sage lives in a half-ruined stone
tower that emerges from the top of an
otherwise typical residential block not far
from port.
The sage is a known eccentric who
specializes in “chaos sorcery” as a means of
study. His primary forms of observation are
reading the stars, studying the wind, and
tossing bottled concoctions out his windows to
see what happens. Nevertheless, his insatiable
love of research, keen intellect, and low rates
have made him a valuable asset to the
