Cinran's Smile Stick
The wand was crafted by Cinran in The Ether to help ensure everyone leaves him with a smile. In exchange for their help dealing with an anomaly on the Stargazer, Cinran gifted the item to Boots.
It has three charges. The wielder can, as an action, expend a charge to cause a humanoid within 30 feet to make a DC 10 Charisma save. On a failure, that creature must smile for a minute.
