level 37

Level 37, commonly referred to as the "Encers Dreake," is a realm shrouded in enchantment and ruled by the esteemed Magical Order. Within its borders, this mystical kingdom hosts a myriad of magical schools and practices that surpass the comprehension of ordinary individuals residing in the High Tower.   Under the vigilant governance of the Magical Order, the Ice Kingdom thrives as a haven of magical knowledge and innovation. Its residents, practitioners of diverse forms of magic, push the boundaries of the arcane arts in their quest for understanding and mastery.   However, beyond the glistening facade of magical wonder, a shadowy veil conceals enigmatic secrets that have ignited rumors and suspicion. Whispers persist that suggest the Magical Order is engaged in clandestine experiments involving the enigmatic Black Elves, treating their kind as unwitting subjects of these ethically dubious studies.   These unsettling allegations cast a shadow over the otherwise illustrious reputation of the Ice Kingdom and its governing Magical Order. The truth behind these rumors remains obscured, leaving the realm in a state of intrigue and uncertainty, where magical mastery and moral ambiguity coexist in an uneasy alliance.   Furthermore, it is whispered among the few who dare delve into the depths of the arcane that once, there existed only one magical realm within the arcane realm itself. This realm worked in harmony with the Timekeepers until it met its tragic end, a catastrophic obliteration orchestrated by a mysterious being known as the "Drekaries." Faced with the annihilation of their world, the magical forms and realms were forcibly separated and relocated to a specific physical location, which, in the High Tower, manifests as Level 37.   Due to the complex politics and clandestine dynamics of the magical world, magicians and mages often tread cautiously when venturing into Level 37, lest they become entangled in the intricate web of intrigue that surrounds it. The elders of the magical realm, acknowledging the need for their own domain, established a realm separate from the High Tower, where they could rule over the magical world with relative autonomy and security. This divide serves as a testament to the enduring legacy of magic in the High Tower, as well as the mysteries and dangers that lurk within the arcane arts.
