the great magical empire is one of the most long-running empires in the current era. it's a group which has said been founded during the age before time. the current ruler is Titannes, who subjugated 100 magical guilds of the high tower by martial force and crowned himself Emperor. It started out as a small nation but over the years it absorbed many other guilds and nations until it finally became the huge empire that it is today. Titannes created this empire for the sole purpose of defeating the malazar.
The state of the current regime is an aristocratic monarchy, formerly ruled and overseen by Emperor Titannes and currently ruled and overseen by Barbell. The current form of the empire was created from the union of 100 magical Guilds of the continent, who have all merged together into a singular military force.
 Similar to any empire it is an autocracy, and as such, the Emperor's word is the law. The empire can even exercise its authority on smaller territories that are not under their control. The Empire seems to be able to function normally despite the constant absence of its' Emperor, who departed from the empire for some time. The former Emperor employed a personal guard, composed of the 10 strongest Mages of the continent, known as the shadow moira.
As the judicial branch of the empire, the Magic Parliament oversees criminal trials. Since judgments are based on the high talented magical overseers' opinions, the Magic Parliament is not an impartial body as the nobles are prejudiced and discriminatory against the lower classes and former nobles and are easily swayed by the opinions of royals.

the great magical empire is a massive militaristic empire, they possess humongous armies whose numbers extend above 100,000 strong. It is noted that the soldiers are well trained in magic power that is nothing to take lightly, even a small fraction of the total force is a menace on its own. Emperor Titannes is not the only commanding officer of these armed forces, as he possesses his own elite group of powerful Mages: the shadow moira. Composed of 10 elite Mages with strength comparable to of the level of Gods minions they are willingly able to lead his armies to war as well.
Their forces are not limited to just humans, but the flarions (a magical race with magical abilities) They have hundreds of advanced magical weapons and equipment that go by sea or by air. They are also equipped with many high-powered guns and artillery that can serve for both bombardments and anti-air defenses, with some ships specifically designed as command ships for the shadow moira. They also serve as carriers that holds numerous troops ranging from hundreds to thousands, even for the purpose of ground assaults.
the great magical empire soldiers are better trained and possess Magic Power that is not to be taken lightly. Soldiers that are under the command of one of the shadow miora possess their own unique features, characteristics, and uniforms. Some of the shadow Moira have control of their own squads and as such possess their own elite Mages in the form of captains and soldiers that are willingly able to combat in difficult fights. The number of those Mages are various and are not set numbers
Titannes personal guard, the shadow Moira, is unique in that they are given full autonomy, roaming around the continent as they please without any repercussions, even with some blatantly disobeying his orders or summons. Because the shadow Moira are the strongest fighting force in the empire they can perform such incredible feats. A practical demonstration of the Empire's might is available in the form of their war against "Houdini". With the power of the shadow Moira and the great magical empire military might, they overwhelmed the strongest of magical guilds which apposed them. They also have a twisted way of using psychological warfare, they take their defeated enemies and string them up on poles and crosses to inflict humiliation and despair upon their opponents.
