Don Cerro
Don Cerro has been a largely disgraced vampire since the mid 16th century thanks to an overly curious Nosferatu who saw fit to destroy his reputation and an Anarch council who did nothing to help preserve it. The "werewolf den" incident is infamous, so bad in fact that nearly 3 centuries later his name gets run through the mud at every opportunity.
It has cost him a great deal, wrecking many of his enterprises, most notably of the economic sort and he gets virtually no respect despite his considerable years or the fact that he was once a proper established Ventrue.
He had left London on several occasions, hoping perhaps leaving the city in which the incident occured might be enough to give him the opportunity to start over, but Vampires are not that forgiving and escaping a stain like that is impossible in the long term. This forced him to return to London where he has lived largely in obscurity and irrelevance ever since, held up in what remains of his dilapidated estate like a hermit.
On occasion Don Cerro will appear at important Elysium meetings or can be seen in the city managing what is left of his business ventures, but beyond that he keeps an extremely low profile.
Its not clear if he has any associates or what he actually does with his requiem, but it is widely believed that he would like to see his good name restored. When he does speak he is quick to remind any who will listen of his hatred for the Sabbat and Anarch, to the point that it sounds like the man is over compensating hoping to gain favor in a pro Camarilla city. Those that knew him in the early 16th century know that this is a genuine and established viewpoint from the old vampire who was an outspoken proponent of the Camarilla even while London was under Anarch rule.
It is unknown if Don Cerror continues to maintain a wolf den or exactly what his feeding habits are like, though the subjects comes up in conversation on a far more frequent occasion than one might expect. He guards his domain heavily with Thalls and never permits anyone into his home or on the grounds of his estate, not even the prince. Such is his right under Camarilla law, but it only bolsters the suspicions of kindred in the city.
