Harold Tanner
While most of the Nosferatu population in 1886 London is largely undocumented and unknown, some kindred like Harold have a stake to claim on the surface world. Largely known as a scholar and informant, Harold Tanner has become "The Archivist" replacing Holborn Harry after his execution in the early part of the 17th century for Heresy.
Many actually believe that Harold Tanner and Holborn Harry are the same person and that the prince was given some random dominated Nosferatu to be executed to preserve one of the Nosferatu's more important assets. Harry indeed is a wealth of information and commands a considerable information network as well as being rumored to house some of the most sophisticated and historically important kindred occult material in modern nights.
He rarely surfaces, doing so only as a personal favor to another kindred and favors are this vampires only acceptable currency. Its rumored he has a great many vampires in the city over a barrel and like with most Nosferatu, the general kindred population avoids doing anything that might draw the eerie of such well educated and informed individuals.
Like almost all Nosferatu in Camarilla cities everywhere, he has no actual rights to domain or haven in the city and no one minds since their preferred haven is under the city in places most other clans have no reason to dispute territory. Currently it is rumored that he has a haven in the sewers near St. Giles Rookery, no doubt a false lead.
Harold is very polite, knowing his etiquette well. He speaks with a thick British accent placing his origins in or around London for certain. Its not entirely clear when this Nosferatu arrived in London and its virtually impossible to tell a Nosferatu's age anyway. As far as anyone in modern 1886 can remember, Harold has always been here.
